The Nada Kriya webinar series offers guided meditation sessions conducted online, scheduled every Sunday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM SGT. Participation in these webinars can be accessed through any compatible digital device.

3. Disclaimer of Risks
Meditation practices, including those taught in our webinars, can sometimes lead to experiencing unpleasant or painful states, both physically and mentally, which may last for an indeterminate period. Your agreement to these terms signifies your understanding of this risk and your decision to participate at your own discretion.

4. Free Trial and Subscription

Free Trial:The first four webinars following your registration are offered free of charge. The free trial period lasts for 30 days.Subscription Charges:Unless you cancel before the end of your free trial, your card will automatically be charged for the selected subscription package (either monthly or yearly) at the end of the trial period. This charge will recur monthly or yearly depending on the package chosen.Non-Refundable:All payments are non-refundable.

5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle, and you will not be charged for subsequent periods after cancellation. No refunds or credits will be given for partial months or years.

6. Modifications to Service and Prices
The Nada Kriya webinar series reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Prices of all services are subject to change upon 30 days’ notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to our website.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content included on or comprising the webinars, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and software, is the property of Nisala Pte Ltd, Singapore, or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Nada Kriya is based. Disputes arising hereunder shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of this jurisdiction.

9. Acknowledgment
By continuing to enroll and participate in the Nada Kriya webinar series, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
